Limited Warranty and Return Policy
Limited Lifetime Warranty
All products are guaranteed to be free from manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship for life. Lifetime Warranty is valid only for the original owner of the product. (see Limitations to Lifetime Warranty)
Returns and Restocking Fees
Paradox Products has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Paradox Products reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on any returned merchandise. Items returned in opened packaging, discontinued, discounted or closeout items, items that have been installed or otherwise used will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
Warranty Claims and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy
No returns or warranty claims can be processed without following this RMA policy.
Contact Paradox Products Customer Service Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, package your items securely, include shipping insurance if desired, retain a copy of your tracking information for your records, and return to:

Include a copy of your original receipt or invoice and the RMA number with your return. Items received without the RMA number and a copy of the original receipt or invoice will not be processed. Shipping and other service fees are non-refundable and are at the expense of the customer. Paradox Products is not responsible for the shipment of returned items. If a package is lost or damaged in shipping, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the shipper for a solution.
Warranty items will be assessed upon receipt to determine if they will be covered under the Limited Lifetime Warranty and repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Paradox Products.
Paradox Products is not responsible for or liable for the shipment or delivery of warranty items. Shipping fees and shipping insurance for warranty replacements or repairs are the expense of the customer.
Limitations to Lifetime Warranty
Limited Lifetime Warranty is valid only for the original owner of the product. Cosmetic wear, wear from normal product usage, damage or misuse will not be covered under warranty. Shipping, Insurance and other fees are not covered under warranty.
Repairs
If a product is damaged and needs repair OR Paradox Products deems a warranty claim not to be covered under the Limited Lifetime Warranty policy, a recommendation for repairs or replacement and the cost will be communicated to the customer after the product has been received and assessed. The customer will have the option to have Paradox Products perform the recommended repair or issue a replacement and pay for the repair or replacement. It the customer chooses not to have the repair completed or replacement sent, the damaged product will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
