SHIPPING POLICY 

It is our goal at Paradox Products to offer you the fastest and best service we can provide. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries or deliveries that happen outside of the estimated time frame. If you have further questions about your order, when it will ship or how long it will take, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Shipping Options and Estimated Time in Transit within the US -
USPS First Class - 5-7 business days, plus 1-3 business days for order processing
USPS Priority - 3-5 days, plus 1-3 business days for order processing
UPS Ground - 2-7 business days, plus 1-3 business days for order processing

NOTE: Not all services are available in all areas. USPS Shipping times are not guaranteed. UPS Guarantees on-schedule delivery packages, however guaranteed service is not available in all areas. 

Shipping costs are non refundable.

Shipping Cost - 
Calculated based on dimensional weight and destination of package. Real time rates supplied by the carrier are applied.

Order Processing Time - 
Shipments are processed in the order they were received. Standard order processing time is 1-3 business days. 

Tracking - 
A tracking number(s) will be sent to the email address that you provide during checkout.
